1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of OmAcrylicArt ("omacrylicart.in"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Manufacturing & Quotations

All requests for quotes (RFQs) submitted through our website are subject to review. A submitted RFQ does not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing, lead times, and manufacturing terms will be provided in a formal quotation document sent to the client. Custom manufacturing orders require formal sign-off on design proofs before production begins.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its original content, features, portfolio images, AI-generated design concepts, and functionality are owned by OmAcrylicArt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Custom Designs

For custom manufacturing orders where the client provides designs or logos, the client guarantees they have the legal right to use said intellectual property. OmAcrylicArt assumes no liability for trademark or copyright infringement resulting from designs provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OmAcrylicArt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website.
